We are business partners running a household

I was listening to Kid Kraddick this morning (my favorite radio show) and he mentioned that there would be a very interesting Oprah this week. While I am not a fan of Oprah at all... I can not wait for this episode. It is about married couples who have turned into "business partners" rather than husband and wife. There will be a couple on there who have not had "relations" in 2 years !!! 2 years !! It was said that she sits on the show next to her husband and states " I can not even bring myself to kiss him... it makes my skin crawl" There will be experts on there to discuss ways to move passed this... whether they are christian or not, I don't know.... being Oprah...probably not. None the less, I can't wait to see it.

Funny to hear that comment from a wife. I made a very similar comment to a friend of mine recently. Polls actually showed that this is a very common situation. What about you? Have you ever been in this situation?

A (my 4 year old) has his eyes swollen completely shut thanks to the Tennessee Valley pollen that is stuck in the air. Bless his little heart. It has been a relaxing night, though because C took B ( my 7 yr old) to see his little brothers ball practice. It's always nice when C is not here. So quiet and no stress. Sad that I am saying that since I have only been married 5 years...but it's only getting worse... not better :-(

Today is my first day typing a blog. I have decided that having a blog is just about the only way I can get my daily frustrations out and "heard" with out them actually being "heard". I am in a difficult transition in life and it's such a mess. Yet among all of the chaos...I have 3 beautiful little boys and a crazy ass yellow lab ( my 4th boy). I am seriously contemplating some very big changes in the very near future. Changes that are sure to be unwelcoming to others.
